Enrollment Process
Follow these steps to join the TCOTLG's Joyful Noise Family!

Download, Complete, & Submit
Download the Childcare Enrollment Application at the link below and complete it. Once it has been completed, it can be emailed to info.joyfulnoisechildcare@gmail.com. You can also bring the application in person to 911 E. 3rd St, Leland, MS 38756. There is an application fee of $75 that must be submitted.

Meet with Our Team
Our office hours are Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM. Meet with our team to discuss your child's needs, our curriculum, and any other questions you might have.

Schedule a Tour
We encourage all prospective families to visit our center. Schedule a tour by contacting us at info.joyfulnoisechildcare@gmail.com or calling (662) 378-6573. We would love to have you visit.

Secure Your Child's Spot
Once all forms are submitted and the tour is completed, we will confirm your child's enrollment. Your child or children can begin their new journey with us as soon as the aforementioned steps are completed.
Tuition & Fees
At TCOTLG's Joyful Noise Child Care, we understand the importance of providing high-quality child care that fits the needs of busy families. Our center stands out with its exceptional flexibility and dedication to your child's growth and well-being. We offer extensive hours, staying open 12 hours a day, five days a week, and even most holidays, ensuring that you have reliable care whenever you need it.
Our tuition options are designed to accommodate both full-time and part-time students. Full-time students, who attend four or five days a week, benefit from a comprehensive curriculum and consistent care that fosters their development. Part-time students, attending one to three days a week, receive the same enriching experience tailored to their schedule. Additionally, we provide drop-in care when available, offering a convent solution for parents with unpredictable schedules.

Where is the Childcare Enrollment Application?

How to qualify for Child Care VouchersAll vouchers are issued by the Mississippi Department of Human Services. Vouchers will cover full-time, part-time, after-school, pick-up, and tuition for your children. The voucher will also cover rates during summer months and times students are out of school for holidays or school closure days. The qualifications are as follows: 1. Applicant parents must work at least 25 hours per week. 2. Meet the median income rates seen below 3. Be able to provide the requested information with proper documentation. Median Income Rates - 1 child = $38,999 - 2 children = $48,999 - 3 children = $56,999 - 4 children = $65,999 Should you need assistance with the application, you can call DHS directly at 1(800) 877-7882.
